basic stay with some issues

loose toilet seat dirty areas

i found a few issues. the cleanliness behind the beds was not good (dust and debris accumulated there). the toilet seat in my room was also loose, barely attached. i believe this needs addressing. additionally, there were no tea or coffee facilities available in the room.

The staff were so friendly and cute! Raja was helpful and always smiling, a nice person to be greeted by. The hotel's location worked well for my plans. The room was clean, and I found the marble staircases excellent.

The shower wasn't great. The shower head seemed slightly broken and the water pressure was really low. I noticed a drain smell in the bathroom too. The parking was advertised, but there weren't specific spots, so I parked by the bins.

convenient location helpful staff

The location was convenient for my needs, close to public transport! The room was a Double Room and very clean upon arrival. Staff were very helpful and available all day. I liked that the hotel is behind a courtyard, it was quiet at night.

The staircases were marble. Though I'm impressed, they could be slippery.

The staff waited past 2 am for my check-in. It was very nice, especially after a long journey. i found the price convenient and the staff lovely, a welcome combination. the hotel's location allowed easy access to transport into the city center, great for my trip. the bed provided a comfy night's rest, perfect for recovering from travel.

I did find the immediate surrounding area somewhat scruffy. It was not the most visually appealing aspect.

easy check-in friendly staff good location dirty unit missing facilities broken toilet

the location was good. it was close to everything i needed and easy to get around from there. i found the check-in process easy and straightforward, which i liked. the staff are friendly, and this was helpful.

the room i stayed in did not have tea or coffee facilities. behind the beds, i noticed the units were very dirty. the toilet seat was barely hanging on, concerning.

I found raja helpful upon my arrival. He assisted me with directions. the hotel's 24-hour desk proved useful for my late-night schedule. it was a solid experience.

i encountered significant noise from both inside the building and the surrounding areas. this disturbance impacted the overall peace . a restful environment is essential.
